Champion Xegg is a 20-year-old VGM remix producer/content creator based in New Orleans/Chicago who specializes in creating lo-fi, jazz, hip-hop, and Synth-wave music inspired by video games and nostalgia. Xegg started out creating Pokémon EDM remixes for fun at 13 years old on an 8-track limited Ableton Live Lite version until they found their niche with creating lo-fi and chill music. Xegg first made their mark being featured on a GameChops remix record collaborating with Duzzled. Since then, Xegg has been creating video game covers generating over 4 million streams on Spotify. In 2023 Xegg collaborated with Shing02 on their official FRIENDS & FAMILY remix after winning a remix competition in late 2022. In 2024 Champion Xegg released his debut album, PROJECT: CHAMPION Vol. 1, an instrumental beat tape album consisting of video game samples from their childhood.
